Full description

Embark on a unique trip to Riisitunturi National Park from Kuusamo, Rovaniemi or Oulu. Experience all this with the Finnish Lapphund, a traditional Finnish dog breed. Meet the world’s nicest dog and nature adventurer, Ahti.

Experience the most beautiful winter landscapes and its beautiful light, when the sun barely rises above the horizon.

Climb to the top of Riisitunturi and enjoy hot drinks and sausages baked over a campfire. See snowy landscapes and wilderness landscapes. We can see also the reindeers and some northern bird species.

The pace of the tour is calm and we can, for example, photograph landscapes slowly and also take photos of customers in the winter landscape. Our team dog, Ahti, is with us throughout the trip, bringing a relaxed and positive vibe to the trip. Ahti is a really nice and calm dog, also for children.

If we are lucky, see the northern lights in winter or autumn. Enjoy a peaceful trip with a 4-kilometer round trip hike, suitable for those with normal fitness levels.
